My father taught me how to use and respect tools, both hand and power. Probably the most important thing I learned from those hours spent with him in his shop was patience. Patience allows one to pay attention to details, to think through design and production problems and create a lovely finish on the piece.

Most of the items you see below are functional, not decorative. I may get to carving and other finer aspects of working with wood some day but, for now, I am happy building things that have a purpose.
